Terms of Service
This template should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before commercial launch.
Authorised use only
You may only add and scan assets that you own or are explicitly authorised to assess. GhostScanAI's ownership-verification workflow exists to enforce this — bypassing or attempting to circumvent it is a breach of these terms.
Defensive use only
The service performs non-destructive, defensive configuration analysis. You may not use GhostScanAI, or any data it produces, to facilitate exploitation, unauthorised access, credential attacks, denial of service, or any other offensive activity against any system.
No certification
Compliance features provide readiness and evidence support only. GhostScanAI is not an accredited certification body and does not issue certifications against Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or any other framework.
No warranty of completeness
GhostScanAI is a point-in-time, automated defensive assessment. It does not replace a full penetration test and does not guarantee detection of every vulnerability. AI-generated content is derived from verified scanner evidence and is provided for guidance, not as professional security advice.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
